Terms of Service

By accessing or using velanohides.com (the "Site") and placing an order with Velano Hides ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Colour, grain and natural markings of leather may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site — these variations are a signature of genuine full-grain leather, not a defect.

Prices are indicative and confirmed at the time of quotation. Minimum order quantities apply as noted on each product. Orders are considered confirmed once a deposit has been received in cleared funds.

We accept bank transfer and Trade Assurance payments. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment.

Lead times are typically 10–14 working days per piece plus shipping. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx with insurance. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

As pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund the piece.

All content on the Site — including photography, logos, product names and copy — is the property of Velano Hides and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velano Hides is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
